Billing & Subscription Policy

1) Scope

This policy explains how subscriptions (Pro, Elite) and in-app purchases (IAPs) are billed, renewed, canceled, refunded, and restored in the WePlai app.

2) How billing works

  • Purchases made on iOS are billed to your Apple ID by Apple.

  • We do not receive or store your full payment details.

  • Prices are shown in-app and may vary by region and tax/VAT.

3) Subscriptions (auto-renew)

  • Pro and Elite are auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Your Apple ID is charged at purchase and then at each renewal until you cancel.

  • Cancel or manage anytime on your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or via the WePlai “Manage Subscription” button).

  • If you cancel, you keep benefits until the end of the current period; service does not prorate.

What’s included: The current benefits for Pro and Elite are always displayed on the subscription screen in-app. (Today’s summary includes, for example: no ads, verification badges, re-uploads, daily/simultaneous game limits, withdrawal speed, support level, and Elite’s 20% win bonus. See the paywall for the live list.) 

Note on withdrawal speed: We aim to process withdrawals quickly; actual timing can vary based on payment processors and banks.

4) Trials, promotions, and price changes

  • If a free trial or intro price is offered, it converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • We may update prices or plan features; when required, Apple will notify you before renewal. Continuing service after notice constitutes acceptance.

5) Refunds

  • All purchases are final except where required by law.

  • For iOS purchases, refund requests are handled directly by Apple via your purchase history.

6) In-App Purchases (IAPs)

  • Consumables (e.g., 3× Re-uploads, Game Unlock) deliver immediately, decrease with use, and are not restorable if lost or you change devices.

  • Non-consumables (e.g., Player Card color packs, when available) are restorable on the same Apple ID via Restore Purchases in Settings.

  • IAPs grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license for use only within WePlai; they have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

  • No outcome guarantee: Buying IAPs or a subscription does not guarantee contest ranking, exposure, or winnings.

7) Restoring purchases

  • Use Settings → Restore Purchases to reactivate non-consumables and active subscriptions on the same Apple ID.

  • Consumables cannot be restored.

8) Eligibility, KYC, and taxes (payouts)

  • Contest payouts require identity/age verification and meeting eligibility rules.

  • Taxes may apply; required tax forms may be issued where applicable.

  • Payouts can be withheld until verification is complete (see Official Rules).

9) Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks

We may suspend or revoke access to digital items and/or subscriptions (without refund) for fraud, manipulation, chargebacks, or policy violations.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
